How to Become an Affiliate Carrier
TST Expedited Services uses a five step process to develop its affiliate/service provider network:
1. Affiliate contact. Prospective affiliates may contact TST Expedited Services directly to inquire about joining the network. At that time, we make a preliminary assessment of the affiliate's capabilities.
2. Affiliate qualification. The affiliate completes a qualification questionnaire, which profiles the affiliate's service capabilities.
3. Affiliate profile. All affiliates receive and return a TST Expedited Services affiliate profile package. The affiliate provides detailed information on areas such as personnel, equipment, facilities, insurance, safety, coverage areas, quality programs and volume capacity.
4. Affiliate certification. Affiliates that meet TST Expedited Services standards complete a service agreement. The service agreement defines the pricing and service parameters for our program.
5. Affiliate evaluation. Each affiliate is continually rated as a member of the TST Expedited Services team based on timeliness and quality of performance. Customer feedback is an important part of this rating process.
